Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a CPST Service Provider to join our Athens, OH Behavioral Health team.
**We are currently are seeking two (2) Full Time CPST Providers to serve Athens county
As a CPST Provider, you will be responsible for providing Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) Services to severely and persistently mentally ill clients in the Athens, BH service area. Services include coordination of services with staff, clients, family members, and other agencies as indicated. Must be able to work with adults as well as children in surrounding communities.
What do we look for in our CPST Providers??
- HS Diploma/GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred
- At least one year recent experience in case management, AOD, and adult and child mental health field is preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to be sensitive to the cultural needs of the clients and their families.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and vehicle suitable for transportation. (Must have a minimum of 3 years driving experience and be at least 21 years of age)
- Must be personable, reliable, and organized.
