Open Positions:
Lower Elementary Teacher (Kindergarten–Grade 3)
- Full-Time: $45,000–$55,000 annually
Upper Elementary Teacher (Grades 4–6)
- Full-Time (7:30 AM–4:00 PM): $45,000–$55,000 annually
- Part-Time (7:30 AM–1:00 PM): $30,000–$37,000 annually
About LIFE
Life International Academy is a small, mission-driven, Montessori-inspired school where students learn through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership, STEM, sustainability, animal care, gardening, outdoor education, and real-life learning.
We're Looking For Teachers Who:
- Build strong relationships with students and families
- Believe in inquiry-based, hands-on learning
- Think creatively and enjoy teaching across multiple grade levels
- Value independence, leadership, and real-world learning
- Enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative team
Ideal experience includes one or more of the following:
- Montessori education
- International Baccalaureate (IB/PYP or MYP)
- Project-Based Learning
- Inquiry-based instruction
- Public, private, charter, or independent elementary education
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
- Florida Teaching Certificate, Montessori Credential or IB certification.
- 3+ years of classroom teaching preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Project-based learning experience is a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States
