Z's is a busy restaurant located in Downtown Grand Rapids by the JW Marriot & Amway Grand Hotel. We get to see many convention, concerts & special events come through and our guests are always changing.
Our ideal candidate for this position has:
- Worked in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong organizational skills and is able to multitask efficiently
- Ability to work fast and clean
- Ability to learn our line and multiple stations: pizza station, ovens, fry, sandwich, flat top, etc.
- Proficiency in basic culinary skills: knife handling, prep work, etc.
- Night & weekend availability
- A passion for working with food Qualifications for Employment

- Works effectively and efficiently under stressful conditions
- Willing to do dishes during down time
- Inspires coworkers to work effectively as a team
Must be willing to work nights and weekends - kitchen serves until 1:00am!
Average Schedule is 5pm-3am 3-4 nights a week.
