BBLC is searching for an amazing Lead Teacher to join our team! Current schedule is 7:45-5:30 Monday-Friday. (Tuesdays off at 12:30). This position requires someone with licensed child care experience. We are looking for someone who is very nurturing, patient, and has a strong desire to work with (7) 1-2 year olds on a daily basis. You must be able to multitask, communicate effectively, plan and follow through with developmentally appropriate activities, conduct ongoing observations, and be held accountable for quarterly goals within your classroom. You are also responsible for cleaning and sanitation duties daily. CDA certification will be expected within 2 years of employment, if not already obtained.
