Supply Chain & Logistics Associate
Entry Level | Full-Time | Salary
KCKC Medical Group is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Associate to join our team. In this
entry-level role, you'll support the movement, tracking, and coordination of medical imaging equipment, parts,
and related materials, gaining hands-on experience across procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
What You'll Do
- Package and crate parts for safe transit
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling carriers and preparing shipping
documentation
- Perform inventory-entry for serialized and non-serialized parts
- Track and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Support purchase order processing and vendor communication
- Assist with freight rate reviews and logistics cost analysis
- Help resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and delivery issues
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales teams to keep orders on schedule
- Perform courier services as needed, including airport drop-offs (subject to bonus pay outside normal salary)
- Operate a company vehicle to transport parts to the airport and to customer sites across the region, including
Madison, Milwaukee, the Illinois and Iowa borders, Grand Rapids, Indianapolis, and the greater Chicagoland
area
- Assist with warehouse organization, equipment monitoring, and rigging
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and move parts and equipment within the warehouse
- Monthly on-call rotation required.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship or logistics experience is a plus
- Desire and ability to travel in the Midwest weekly (incentive pay will apply in addition to base and bonus)
- Valid driver's license, clean driving and criminal record required; must be comfortable operating a company
vehicle for regional trips
- Ability to operate box trucks and larger trucks, as well as a forklift (training available; prior experience or
certification a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
- $42k–$52k salary, based on experience and qualifications
