Tulsi is an upscale Indian fine dining restaurant and banquet venue opening in Elgin, IL. We're seeking detail-oriented Prep Cooks who are passionate about food and take pride in preparing quality ingredients for our culinary team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, and ingredients.
- Follow recipes and portion standards.
- Maintain food quality and freshness.
- Keep prep stations clean and organized.
- Label and store food properly.
- Assist chefs during service as needed.
- Follow all health and food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
