We’re currently seeking Housekeepers who are detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional guest service. Weekends required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver courteous, professional, and consistent guest service at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas according to brand standards.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and shopping options.
- Serve as part of the hotel’s safety and security team, reporting hazards or issues immediately.
Housekeeping Duties Include:
- Strip and replace bed linens; check for stains or damage.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms — sinks, toilets, tubs, floors, mirrors, and fans.
- Replace towels and restock guest amenities (soap, shampoo, tissue, etc.).
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, appliances, and high-touch items.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, blinds, and baseboards.
- Vacuum carpets, hallways, and public areas; spot-clean as needed.
- Inspect guest rooms for pests or maintenance issues and report immediately.
- Handle “Do Not Disturb” rooms per hotel policy.
- Turn in lost and found items to the front desk with proper documentation.
- Maintain an organized, fully stocked housekeeping cart and supply room.
- Safely use cleaning supplies and personal protective equipment according to OSHA and hotel standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
- Regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Push a fully stocked housekeeping cart weighing up to 200 pounds.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach up to 72 inches high and as low as 6 inches from the floor.
- Perform repetitive scrubbing and cleaning motions with hands, arms, and shoulders.

- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
