BirdieBay is a modern indoor golf and bar experience where guests can play, drink, and hang out—all in one place. We combine golf simulators with a full-service bar to create a fun, social, and fast-paced environment.
We operate with a cross-trained team, meaning every employee is capable of running the entire facility—from greeting guests to pouring drinks to setting up simulator games.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a Bartender / Golf Associate who is energetic, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple roles. This is not a traditional bartending job—you’ll be the face of the business, helping run the entire guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests
- Serve beer, wine, and cocktails
- Manage tabs and operate POS system
- Set up and assist guests with golf simulator games
- Explain game formats and basic functionality (we’ll train you)
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and facility
- Handle bookings, phone calls, and walk-ins
- Open and close the facility independently
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality (this is huge for us)
- Strong multitasking ability
- Comfortable working independently
- Basic bartending experience preferred (but not required)
- Willingness to learn golf simulator systems
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be 18+
