The Montecito Inn is seeking a Front Desk Agent who can provide the professionalism and hospitality that has come to be expected from renowned luxury boutique hotels.
Montecito Inn is nestled between the mountains and the sea, in the heart of the lush coastal community of Montecito. We are located just a few blocks away from pristine Butterfly Beach and just steps away from boutique shopping and some of the city's finest dining.
We are seeking a Part-time Front Desk Agent who has a strong professional demeanor, is a motivated self-starter that continually takes initiative, and is extremely reliable and honest.
Front Desk Agent:
~ Expected to work 3-5 days per week (8 hrs per day minimum).
~ Shifts interchange between AM Shifts (7AM - 3PM) and PM Shifts (3PM-11PM).
~ Must have flexible availability and be able to work weekends and some holidays.
~ Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
~ Duties include, but are not limited to, checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and offering concierge assistance.
~ Prior relevant experience in the hospitality industry is requested.
