We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who understands the realities of the trades — fast-paced hiring, field culture, performance accountability, and the need for structure without slowing the business down. This is a hands-on leadership role, not entry-level HR. You’ll PARTNER with leadership, support field teams, and help protect and scale the business.
What You’ll Own:
· HR leadership across 13 locations and ~500 employees
- High-level employee relations, investigations, and leadership coaching
- Multi-state compliance and risk mitigation
- Building structure, accountability, and scalable HR in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
- 5+ years HR experience (2+ in leadership)
- SHRM Certified
- Trades / construction / home services experience preferred
- Multi-state compliance knowledge
- Ability to work directly with field leaders and teams
- Proven ability to support high-volume hiring and fast-paced operations
- Structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
