Journey Psychiatry & Behavioral Health is a fast-growing, mission-driven practice in Tampa Bay with two locations, a Comprehensive ADHD Center as well as a Pediatric & Family Center. We have a collaborative care model (psychiatry + therapy + ADHD coaching + integrative supports). We’re hiring a PMHNP who wants to do excellent work, stay supported, and grow with a high-performing team.

What you’ll do
- Provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management (telehealth + in-person depending on need). Role with have more of a focus on Therapy as caseload builds.
- Treat ADHD across the lifespan (kids/teens/adults) plus common comorbidities (anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with therapists, coaches, and leadership to create coordinated care plans.
- Document efficiently and practice with strong clinical standards.
What we’re looking for
- PMHNP-BC (Florida license or ability to obtain quickly).
- Strong ADHD competency (or a clear passion to specialize and learn fast).
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and follow-through.
- Team-first mindset with high integrity and patient-centered care.
