Invoice Clerk
Avon Grips / Tacki Mac Grips / Tee Direct
Pay: $16 - $20 per hour Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Avon Grips, Tacki Mac Grips, and Tee Direct are seeking an Invoice Clerk to support daily order processing and customer account management.
Responsibilities
- Invoice all incoming orders
- Email customers invoices
- Process credit card payments
- Email customers regarding outstanding balances
- Help customers with questions regarding past or current invoices
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Take orders from company catalogs over the phone
Requirements
- Invoicing experience preferred
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear, professional phone communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn company-specific systems and processes; training will be provided
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
