Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for periodontal surgery, dental implants, IV sedation and other specialty procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA and infection control protocols
- Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans
- Take traditional and digital impressions
- Educate patients on pre-operative/ post-operative instructions and oral hygiene
- Manage clinical supplies and assist with inventory
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
- Work closely with the doctor and team to maintain an efficient schedule
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and patient care skills

- Nitrous certificate
- Xrays certificate
- CPR Certification
Qualifications
- Minnesota Dental Assistant License (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in periodontal, oral surgery, or implant dentistry is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- IV sedation certification (Preferred)
