About Us
Grandma’s Boy Moving Co. is a fast-growing, highly rated moving company serving the greater Seattle area. We are looking for a highly motivated Remote Sales Coordinator to manage inbound leads, convert estimates into booked moves, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the scheduling process.
This is a performance-driven, work-from-home role with strong earning potential and long-term growth opportunities within the company.
Important Requirements
Applicants must have relevant experience in logistics, moving coordination, dispatching, transportation, service sales, or a closely related field.
This is not an entry-level customer service role. We are specifically looking for candidates who understand scheduling, customer coordination, route planning, or high-volume service-based operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and online moving inquiries
- Build and provide accurate moving estimates
- Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate schedules and communicate move details clearly
- Follow up on pending estimates, deposits, and unsold leads
- Maintain organized notes and updates within the CRM system
- Represent the company professionally and consistently
- Assist in maximizing booking efficiency and calendar utilization
Qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics, moving coordination, dispatching, transportation, or service sales required
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Confident, personable, and sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet and phone access
- Experience in the moving industry is strongly preferred
