Job Summary:
ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of superheroes in Colorado Springs, CO! As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders. Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Work closely with children to develop and maintain skills, such as communication, socialization, and adaptive behavior
Collect and record data to track progress and make informed treatment decisions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education in a related field preferred
1 year of experience working with children with ASD or related developmental disorders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment as needed
Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
