Management Analyst I-III
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

A-Team Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Management Analysts (Levels I-III) to support a prestigious federal healthcare and research program in Bethesda, Maryland. This position plays a key role in administrative operations, program coordination, document management, compliance support, procurement activities, and stakeholder communications within a dynamic research environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Administrative Support
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Gather, compile, analyze, and prepare reports, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and program support activities.
- Maintain shared calendars, schedules, and office records.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
Data & Document Management
- Develop, maintain, and update databases and tracking systems.
- Monitor database accuracy and ensure information remains current.
- Coordinate document management activities, including electronic file conversions and records retention.
- Track and manage SOPs, training records, maintenance records, and other critical documentation.
Compliance & Quality Support
- Assist with quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and site visits.
- Prepare audit documentation, reports, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate document control processes to ensure adherence to organizational requirements and standards.
Procurement & Inventory Coordination
- Assist with procurement requests, purchasing activities, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor inventory levels and track the receipt of critical supplies and materials.
- Coordinate ordering, tracking, and payment processes.
- Support resource planning and operational readiness activities.
Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between administrative, scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational teams.
- Facilitate communication and information sharing across departments.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and correspondence for leadership review.
- Support implementation of action items and organizational initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Public Administration
- Healthcare Administration
- Related Field
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a related field.
- Experience supporting federal agencies, healthcare organizations, research institutions, or laboratory environments.
- Experience with document control, compliance programs, procurement, or quality systems.
