Why Back of the House Inc. - Super Duper?
Joining Back of the House means becoming part of a broader network of restaurants that value strong operators, thoughtful leadership, and long-term development. Our approach is relationship driven. We take time to understand our leaders’ strengths, experience, and career goals, then connect them with brands and teams where those qualities are most valued.
We believe great fast-casual restaurants are built by hands-on leaders who take ownership, set the tone for their teams, and consistently raise the bar. Leaders across our portfolio are supported through shared resources, training, and coaching, while still maintaining the autonomy and identity of the restaurant they lead.
If you are looking for more than a single role, and instead want access to a family of respected fast-casual brands with room to grow, Back of the House offers a pathway designed around people, potential, and long-term fit.
