Nicole started her career with us as a BDC Agent, worked her way into Finance Management, and now leads the entire Sales Department as our General Sales Manager. Her story is a perfect example of what can happen when you work hard, gain experience, and take advantage of opportunities to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet and build relationships with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process
- Learn to identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, options, pricing, and financing
- Follow up with customers through phone calls, texts, and email
- Work with our Sales and Management teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Stay informed about our inventory, products, and current promotions
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Provide a professional, friendly, and memorable experience from start to finish

No automotive sales experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person. A great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn can take you a long way here.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
New hires will receive a training guarantee at minimum wage during the training period while learning our sales process, products, and systems.
Once training is completed, you will transition to our commission-based compensation structure, giving you the opportunity to directly impact your earnings through your performance.
Schedule:
Our dealership hours are:
- Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Sales Consultants will have Sundays and one weekday off each week.
