Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas
-Vacuum and assist with driving vehicles to car wash
- Maintain cleanliness of the lot and ensure vehicles are organized
- Conduct vehicle inspections for damages or issues
- Assist with general lot maintenance tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and register operations
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Previous experience in a dealership or hospitality industry is a plus
