Job Description:
CDL A Truck Driver will shuttle/load/deliver liquid bulk chemical tanker trailers to various locations in the Midwest. Hourly pay, with overtime after 40 hours in the work week.
Compensation:
- Straight Hourly Pay: $27.50
- Overtime Hourly Pay: $41.25
- Holiday Pay, paid training, and paid orientation.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer
- Load and unload freight in compliance with safety and weight regulations
- Maintain accurate logs, inspections, and delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point
- Ensure full DOT and company compliance
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues
Driver Qualifications:
- 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience preferred
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Tanker endorsement required, or ability to obtain one
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Valid TWIC card required, or ability to obtain one
- Driving record must meet fleet insurance requirements
- No more than 2 combined moving violations and/or accidents in the past 36 months
- No history of license suspension for a moving violation in the past 36 months
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Demonstrated safe driving practices
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions, read maps, and use GPS
- Able to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to adapt to changing schedules and routines
- Excellent time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 to 50 pounds
- Physically able to climb up and down ladders
- Must be able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for extended periods during the workday
- Able to work at night, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: $27.50 - $41.25 per hour
