YO Ranch Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team! Must have a positive attitude, exhibit great leadership, and the ability to build and maintain a reliable team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction are maintained across all areas of the property.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control procedures to optimize efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee daily operations including room cleaning, public area maintenance, laundry services, and custodial tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members to foster professional growth and uphold company standards.
- Manage inventory supplies such as cleaning agents, linens, and equipment to ensure cost-effective usage while maintaining quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event preparations that require deep cleaning or specialized custodial services.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within a hospitality or hotel environment.
- Strong supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams.
- Knowledge of management principles related to housekeeping operations and staff development.
- Expertise in laundry processes and commercial cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills for training staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
