Role Overview:
As a Dedicated Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Columbia, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care management team to develop and implement customized care plans that support each client’s dignity, independence, and safety. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you care for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and companionship to clients, based on their specific needs and preferences.

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication management.

Develop and adapt individualized care plans that cater to each client’s evolving needs.

Maintain open and prompt communication with clients and their families regarding care updates and concerns.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance the quality of care provided.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Experience in caregiving or related fields with a genuine desire to help others.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with clients and families.

Ability to adapt care practices according to individual client needs.

Reliability and professionalism in all aspects of care delivery.

Certified in CPR and First Aid (preferred).

Hoyer Lift and Catheter care experience
Bonus If You:
- Speak another language in addition to English.

Have experience working with clients with specific medical conditions.

Possess additional certifications related to caregiving or healthcare.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Monday through Friday.
Location:
This position is on-site only and based in Columbia, South Carolina.
