Job Summary
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience to our patients. This position combines front desk administrative duties along with assisting patients in our optical area.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Maintain organized patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.
- Verify insurance information and process payments.
- Assisiting patients with selecting eyeglass frames and lenses.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or optical preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly and patient, with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
