Our company is searching for an energetic and reliable part-time Office Assistant/Receptionist to work with different supervisors (Packing Shed Supervisors, Human Resources, and Business Managing Partners) to help process day-to-day tasks. The Office Assistant/Receptionist will mainly be responsible for answering the phones, attending the employee window, attending the front office counter, and assisting office staff and various tasks. Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, reroute calls to appropriate people, and distribute messages to the appropriate personnel when required
- Greet visitors and employees
- Checking in guest/visitors and notifying staff of their arrival
- Managing the reception area to keep it clean and organized
- Responding to emails or voicemails as directed
- Restocking supplies
- Assist in filing
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and computers
- Perform data entry.
- Assist different management when called upon.
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings
- Other assigned duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- MS Word and MS Excel preferred
- Basic math and grammar
- Flexible, punctual and dependable
- Friendly, good communication and organization skills
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Pay: From $16.90 per hour
