We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Coordinator who enjoys creating systems, learning new software, and helping a growing business operate efficiently.
This is an execution-focused role. You'll use AI tools, marketing platforms, and automation software to help us consistently reach more people while keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Marketing
- Create and launch Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Design simple graphics and marketing assets using Canva.
- Schedule and publish social media content.
- Build and update landing pages.
- Create and schedule email campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Use AI tools to create first drafts of marketing copy and content.
Operations
- Schedule educational webinars and financial classes.
- Build and maintain workflows and automations.
- Test systems before launches.
- Update CRM records and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Help improve internal processes and identify efficiencies.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Extremely organized.
- Detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Comfortable learning new software quickly.
- An excellent written communicator.
- Able to manage multiple projects without constant supervision.
- Excited about using AI tools to improve productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Canva.
- Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools professionally.
- Experience working with a financial planner, Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), or financial services company is a significant plus.

Within your first 90 days, you'll be able to:
- Successfully launch educational classes on schedule.
- Keep marketing campaigns organized and running consistently.
- Maintain accurate workflows and automations.
- Help save the leadership team significant administrative time through strong execution and organization.
