The Role: Experienced HVAC Service Technician
Pay: Hourly, $28.00-$35.00 + Commissions
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend rotation required
Fully equipped take home vehicle provided
*$1,500 Tool allowance, tools are yours to keep after 6 months!*

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, and other related in-home service calls for both commercial and residential customers.
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems.
- Establish customer rapport and recommend the right products and services. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Accurately document service calls, work preformed and parts used within Service Titan Software.
- Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. Exceed revenue goals and maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
Required Experience:
- 5 or more years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Basic Hand tools
Preferred Experience
- Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
- Master Heat Pump Certification
- NATE Certification
- Bilingual
