Fidelis Academy and Protection Services has been selected to provide physical security services for a major technology infrastructure facility in Michigan City. As we launch this new contract, we are building a team of dedicated security professionals who will have the opportunity to grow with us as we expand throughout Indiana and into additional states over the next 12 months.

What You Will Be Doing
Providing a professional and dependable security presence at a major technology infrastructure facility. Responsibilities include monitoring access points, conducting visitor screening and management, performing perimeter patrols, documenting incidents and observations, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment for personnel, assets, and operations.
Team members will follow established site procedures and post orders within a structured, professional setting. Unlike event or hospitality security, this position supports a critical technology facility where professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. The compensation and advancement opportunities reflect the level of responsibility involved.
Shifts available.
Days, nights, and overnight. Full-time and Part-time. Discuss your availability during the interview.
Requirements
· Must be 18 years or older.
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
· Reliable. If you are on the schedule, you show up. That is the standard.
· Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
