Automotive Sales Professional Overview
We are looking for experienced Automotive Sales Professionals who are ready to grow their career and earning potential with our team.
Located in the Charlotte, North Carolina market, we offer a fast paced sales environment with a large selection of new Honda and Kia vehicles, along with an extensive pre owned inventory.
This position is for experienced automotive sales professionals only. We are looking for people who understand the business, know how to work a customer from initial contact through delivery, and are ready to bring their experience to a growing dealership.
Six figure earning potential. No snow. Relocation expenses may be considered for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Work with customers from initial inquiry through vehicle selection, test drive, negotiation, and delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Respond to internet leads, phone opportunities, and showroom traffic.
- Conduct consistent outbound follow up with prospective and previous customers.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across our new Honda, new Kia, and pre owned inventory.
- Manage your opportunities and follow up through our CRM.
- Work closely with sales management, finance, BDC, and other departments to move opportunities forward.
- Meet individual and dealership sales goals while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience.
- Continue building your own book of business through prospecting, referrals, repeat customers, and community relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience is required.
- Proven ability to sell vehicles and consistently work a sales pipeline.
- Strong understanding of the automotive sales process from initial contact through delivery.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence working with customers in person, over the phone, and through text and email.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience using automotive CRM systems.
- Strong follow up and organizational skills.
- Self motivated and comfortable working in a performance driven environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
