As our business continues to grow, we are looking for motivated, energetic, and career-driven Sales Associates who are fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese to join our Dallas team.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized product recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and strong product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, etc.)
- Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking products
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and style wigs/extensions for display
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Promote in-store campaigns and contribute to monthly sales goals
- Assist with store events, promotions, and daily operations
Operate with a results-driven mindset, consistently working toward achieving both individual sales goals and overall team targets.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin Chinese (Required)
- 2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Passion for beauty, hair, or fashion is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
