Get paid to work outside and learn a trade. You'll keep client properties healthy, sharp, and green — mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanups — with a clear ladder up and a company that pays to make you better. No experience required; we train you.
WHY YOU'LL WANT THIS JOB
- Start $19–$22/hr as an apprentice, up to $25/hr as a technician — with raises as you level up
- Twice-yearly performance bonus up to 10% of your pay 3–10% annual raises plus merit increases
- We pay for certifications and will cross-train you into irrigation, chemical application, or garden care
- Real published ladder: Apprentice → Technician → Senior Tech → Lead-Track → Crew Lead / Foreman
- Top equipment provided + uniform allowance. We never ask our team to work with second-rate gear.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Mow, edge, trim, blow, and run spring and fall cleanups
- Maintain residential and commercial grounds to the LNG standard
- Operate and care for equipment safely; complete daily equipment checks
- Log your work on a company tablet; show up on time and work safe
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable, hard-working, and comfortable with physical outdoor work — experience not required
- Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation
- Team-first, coachable attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
