As Operations Support you will have the opportunity to screen tenant applications as you have the chance to PROVIDE HOMES for those looking live in the Houston Area.
- You will also be enabled and encouraged to help to snuff out Fraud!.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process by guiding new customers through orientation sessions, paperwork, and initial training programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, answering questions and providing support throughout their onboarding journey
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed efficiently and accurately
- Prepare onboarding materials, welcome kits, and digital resources to enhance the RPM Houston experience
- Conduct follow-up communications to gather feedback and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities, compliance documentation, and training progress
- Continuously improve onboarding procedures by implementing best practices and leveraging feedback
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products is a must
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
