Wrico Stamping is currently looking to build their team with an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to build quality metal components for our customers. We offer competitive pay, long term employment & overtime. We are currently looking for our 1st shift (6 am – 2:30 pm) & 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11 pm).
As a welder, you will be responsible for reading & interpreting blueprints. Have the ability to fabricate metal components or structures and perform quality checks on finished product.
Essential Functions:
* Read blueprints & take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
* Determine appropriate equipment or method to ensure good parts.
* Prepare material and weld to specifications.
* Maintain your work station & equipment
* Ensure all company and industry standards are maintained.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
* Previous experience in MIG/TIG welding on Steel Material for medium to large weldments
* Must be able to read and work from specifications, blueprints and weld symbols.
* Ideal candidate must have the knowledge of industrial metalwork, good mathematical skills. be a team player, have good communication, dependable & a good eye for detail.
