Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create high-quality decorative designs on a variety of garments and textiles. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring proper calibration and thread color selection for each project
- Follow detailed design specifications and production orders to accurately execute embroidery patterns
- Monitor machine operation throughout the production process, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards in production
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Handle materials carefully, including fabric preparation, threading, and loading designs onto the machine
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring stitches are consistent, designs are correctly aligned, and garments meet dimensional measurements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to safety standards in production and warehouse environments
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating embroidery or sewing machines in a manufacturing or textile setting
- Knowledge of quality standards in production and garment construction processes
- Familiarity with materials handling, manual fabric cutting, and sewing techniques including seam construction and garment sewing
- Ability to interpret design files and perform dimensional measurements accurately
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents or injuries
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating capacity for manual handling and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality embroidered products
