We are a small, family-owned and operated industrial sales business looking for a team member to support our office in Columbia, SC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Accounts Receivable: Track outstanding invoices, follow up with customers, and ensure payments are received correctly and on time.
- Navigate customer web purchasing portals for order and invoice information.
- Assist with general office tasks including shipment tracking and status updates.
- Provide backup assistance with basic accounting and Accounts Payable.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable navigating online customer portals and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge or willingness to learn.
- Reliable, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
