Cornerstone Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one on one overnight care for a male quadriplegic patient in Warner Robins, GA.
This position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact by helping a patient maintain comfort, safety, and quality of life in the home setting.
We have the following openings-
Schedule:
- Monday and Fridays from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Friday and Saturdays 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care
- Perform G-tube feedings and provide tracheostomy (trach) care as needed
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Home health experience preferred but not required
