We are seeking two buyer agents to help develop relationships with website inbound prospects. The ideal candidate requires exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to prospect every day.
This is a full-time position.
The Right Candidate:
The right candidate will focus daily on developing relationships with people who want to buy and/or sell real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting daily via phone calls, texts and emails to people who have already shown an interest in buying or selling a home.
- Following up with prospects daily
- Showing properties to buyer clients
- Continually learning the real estate market
- Provide exceptional customer service to buyer clients
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple buyer prospects via our CRM
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders to facilitate transactions.
Requirements:
- Valid Florida real estate license
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in real estate is a plus
- Outbound sales experience is a plus
