Join Our Recovery Team
AriseVida Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and recovery-focused Live-In House Manager to oversee one of our licensed recovery sober livings. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping others while maintaining a structured, safe, and supportive recovery environment.
As the House Manager, you will live on-site and serve as a positive role model, helping residents stay accountable while maintaining healthy boundaries and encouraging long-term recovery.
Responsibilities
- Live on-site and oversee the daily operations of the recovery residence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and structured home environment.
- Provide peer support while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
- Encourage residents to attend treatment, recovery meetings, and other required activities.
- Complete daily documentation and house notes accurately and on time.
- Perform routine room inspections and ensure house rules are followed.
- Assist with resident transportation when needed.
- Address conflicts professionally and de-escalate situations appropriately.
- Ensure residents comply with house expectations and recovery goals.
- Communicate regularly with the clinical and operations teams.
- Help create a welcoming, respectful, and recovery-oriented culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of continuous sobriety.
- Active in a 12-Step or comparable recovery program.
- Certified Peer Support Specialist.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving company vehicles.
- MAT-friendly and supportive of all evidence-based recovery pathways.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete electronic documentation.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
