Role Overview
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Homewatch CareGivers, you will provide exceptional in-home care to patients throughout Broward County, Florida. In this role, you will work closely with our care team to ensure each patient receives personalized, compassionate support tailored to their needs. This position offers part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a safe and positive environment

Monitor patients’ condition and report any changes to the care team promptly

Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and safe living space

Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
Qualifications
- You’re a great fit if you have the following:

Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certification in the state of Florida

Strong English and Spanish communication skills

Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and punctual work ethic

CPR certification
-
Minimum of 12 non-expired in-service training hours
