SignalPro Acquisitions is a sales and development firm that partnering with AT&T to promote and sell AT&T Fiber internet services throughout the San Diego area. We are currently hiring a full-time Sales Representative for a face-to-face customer sales position.
As a Sales Representative, you will meet directly with residential customers in assigned territories, educate them about AT&T Fiber internet services, explain available plans and promotions, and assist with new customer enrollments. The Sales Representative plays a key role in helping customers understand how AT&T Fiber's high-speed internet can improve their connectivity for streaming, gaming, remote work, and everyday household use.
Responsibilities of the Sales Representative
- Introduce customers to the value of AT&T Fiber by meeting with residential customers face-to-face and discussing their internet service needs.
- Support sales initiatives by educating customers on AT&T Fiber internet plans, pricing, promotional offers, and available service options.
- Build positive customer relationships that encourage trust, strengthen brand awareness, and create new sales opportunities for AT&T Fiber.
- Participate in training to develop sales communication skills, customer engagement techniques, and product knowledge related to AT&T Fiber.
- Assist customers throughout the decision-making process by answering questions, completing enrollments, and supporting account setup activities.
- Contribute to sales growth objectives by maintaining a professional presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences during every interaction.
Qualifications of a Sales Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Adaptable learner who quickly grasps product details and translates them into benefits.
- Strong listening skills to uncover customer needs and offer the right internet solutions.
- Passionate about connectivity and helping customers benefit from AT&T Fiber’s superior internet performance.
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face sales environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-time employee position
- Work Environment: Face-to-face residential customer sales within assigned territories throughout the San Diego area.
- Earnings are based on individual sales performance.
Pay: $46,000.00 per year
