The Healing Touch is a growing therapeutic massage practice dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore overall well-being. We take a holistic approach to care, combining clinical knowledge with compassionate touch to address chronic pain, soft tissue restrictions, injury recovery, stress, and nervous system regulation.
Our goal is to provide meaningful, results-driven bodywork while creating a supportive environment for both clients and therapists.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people heal, values ongoing learning, and enjoys working with clients seeking therapeutic and restorative care.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to develop their skills within a growing practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely session documentation
- Educate clients on self-care and wellness recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Uphold all Colorado licensing requirements and ethical standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Colorado Massage Therapy License (or pending licensure for recent graduates)
- Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
