The Dam Diner is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking server to join our team! We’re searching for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Our goal is to make every guest feel welcome and leave with a great dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions.
- Keep dining areas clean, stocked, and organized.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work as a team to maintain a clean, positive, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must work well with others and have a strong work ethic.
- Weekend and evening availability is preferred.
- Previous serving experience is a plus but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!
