Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls, providing information or transferring calls as necessary.
