We are hiring Production Associates for multiple roles at our Windsor, CT facility. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, we have several opportunities available across different shifts to fit your schedule.

Hand Processor I
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Bindery Operator / Bindery Operator I
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Night / 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekend Shift: Thursday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Insert Operator / Inserting Machine Operator
- Night / 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekend Shift: Thursday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Material Handler
- Day / 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Print Operator / Print Operator I
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Night / 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
What You'll Do
- General Responsibilities (All Roles)
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Perform quality checks on materials and finished products.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Role-Specific Duties
- Insert Operator You will load materials into inserting machines, monitor their daily performance, and troubleshoot any minor issues to keep production running smoothly.
- Print Operator You will be responsible for setting up and operating printing equipment while closely monitoring outputs to ensure they meet strict print quality and alignment standards.
- Hand Processor Your focus will be on manual sorting, assembly, and packaging tasks, as well as carefully inspecting documents and materials to guarantee accuracy.
- Bindery Operator You will assist with machine setup and operate basic bindery equipment—such as cutting, folding, and collating machines—to produce high-quality finished materials.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime if needed.
- Prior production or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.83/hr - $20.04/hr(Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience). Bonus opportunities may also be provided as part of the compensation package.
Pay: $17.83 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
