We are currently seeking a strategic and experienced Director, Treasury Management to join our Finance leadership team in Philadelphia, PA.

Reporting directly to the EVP & Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Treasury Management is responsible for leading the health system’s treasury operations, including cash management, investments, and financial risk management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial stability, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong banking and external financial relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing cash concentration and strategies
- Overseeing short-term investments and cash forecasting
- Supporting financial risk mitigation and compliance initiatives
- Developing and maintaining banking relationships
- Partnering with senior leadership on treasury and financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field required
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and/or treasury operations
- Strong understanding of GAAP, treasury practices, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and external partners including auditors, bankers, consultants, and legal counsel
