Class A CDL Regional Driver – Stable Weekly Pay & Up to Date Equipment
We are seeking responsible, professional Class A CDL drivers for regional operations. We prioritize driver safety, legal dispatch, and consistent earnings. If you are looking for a long-term home with a company that respects your professionalism, we want to hear from you.
- Operating area: Focused regional routes across the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast. We keep you within your region and do not split your focus nationwide.
- Home time: 2 weeks on the road, followed by 2 full days of guaranteed home time.
Compensation options:
We offer two flexible pay structures to ensure you remain highly compensated regardless of market conditions:
- Revenue share pay option: up to 30% of the gross load revenue with anticipated weekly average gross of $9,000. Exact % is scaled to your experience level and driving history. Top-tier, highly experienced drivers with clean MVRs are eligible for higher starting rates.
- Market drop protection: If the freight market slows and the Rate Per Mile (RPM) drops below our operational target, we automatically transition you to a fixed $1,800-$2,500 per week so your earning power remains protected.
Premium equipment & maintenance
- Tractors: 2022–2025 Freightliner Cascadias and Volvos
- Trailers: 2025–2026 Dry Vans
- Maintenance: All assets are meticulously serviced in-house at our dedicated shops, ensuring maximum uptime and safety.

- 100% legal dispatch: We strictly respect your Hours of Service (HOS).
- Zero ELD editing: Your safety is our priority. We never pressure drivers to run illegally.
