We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape strategic direction, foster community partnerships, and oversee all aspects of organizational management. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and senior leadership. You will inspire our team, drive business development initiatives, and ensure financial sustainability while maintaining our core mission of empowering individuals with disabilities and aging populations. Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to advance the organization’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational priorities and community needs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficient management across all departments.
- Lead business development efforts to expand programs, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal health and sustainability.
- Supervise senior staff members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence and innovation.
- Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders, donors, government agencies, and partner organizations to enhance organizational impact. Requirements
- Proven experience in business management with a strong understanding of nonprofit operations.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing organizational growth initiatives.
- Extensive senior leadership experience with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
- Strong skills in management, financial oversight, and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in managing budgets, grants, fundraising efforts, and resource development.
- Passion for serving individuals with disabilities or aging populations is highly desirable. Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
