FRONT DESK & PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time | Spring/Tomball, Texas
Aesthetica Houston Med Spa is seeking a polished, highly energetic, and patient-focused individual to join our front desk team. This is much more than a traditional receptionist position. We want someone who loves connecting with people, creating an exceptional patient experience, and confidently guiding patients toward services that help them look and feel their best. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and passionate about helping others build their confidence. They should be comfortable discussing treatments and promotions, following up with inquiries, and helping patients take the next step toward booking - always in a warm, genuine manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
Create a warm, polished, and welcoming experience for every patient.
Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, texts, and social media inquiries.
Build genuine connections with new leads and confidently help them schedule appointments.
Educate patients about appropriate services, memberships, products, and current promotions.
Rebook patients at checkout and help maintain full, productive provider schedules.
Consistently follow up with leads, past inquiries, and patients who are due to return.
Confirm appointments, manage scheduling details, process payments, and complete accurate end-of-day procedures.
Support practice growth while maintaining a patient-first approach in every interaction.

Available for a flexible part-time schedule with the potential to transition into full-time.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE-
Experience in a med spa, aesthetics, beauty, hospitality, retail, appointment booking, or another customer-focused environment is preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building experience is highly valued.
