Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong knowledge of beverage service, cocktail mixing, spirits, wine, and drink presentation
- Proven ability in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Effective time management to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
- Prior experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions
