Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and facilitating a seamless experience for all visitors at our hotel.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the hotel or resort.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations using the Wyndham SynXis System.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing reservations through hotel management software and online OTAs like Booking.com, Expedia.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Light cleaning and maintaining the coffee table.
- Provide support for special events or promotions hosted by the hotel.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is required.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for visitors.
- Familiarity with Wyndham SynXis hotel management software is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends required, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests effectively is beneficial.

Pay Starting from 17.50 to 18 per hour depending on Experience.
