- Have 1-3 years' experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume kitchen.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Line Cook, you are an integral part of our kitchen team and will report to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef. You are responsible for providing remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. You are responsible for:
- Understanding all ingredients and following steps as they pertain to each recipe and executing each menu item in accordance with what you've been trained, guest requests, portion control, temperature guidelines, and time standards.
- All aspects of your assigned cooking stations including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down, cleaning and storage.
- Comply with all safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper food-handling skills and food safety guidelines.
- Accepting food deliveries and placing items in the proper storage area.
- Assisting with keeping records and accounts for inventory and invoices.
- Assisting in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Substituting for or assisting other cooks during emergencies or rush periods.
- Attending all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
